Founders
Christopher Dunbar
Christopher Dunbar is a native Houstonian and a graduate of the University of Houston with a BBA degree in Finance. Prior to co-founding Treadstone Consulting, Chris spent over ten years in the IT field working in Fortune 500 organizations beginning with GTE and, most recently, AIM Investments. Chris’ primary role is to provide expertise in infrastructure and ensure that Treadstone Consulting remains competitive in delivering its core offerings. In his own words the vision of Treadstone Consulting is simple. Provide quality service and solutions that empower Information Technology to drive business.
Ryan Wilson
Ryan Wilson is also a native Houstonian and a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS degree in Psychology. Prior to co-founding Treadstone Consulting, Ryan spent over eight years in the local Houston IT field, specializing in selling enterprise technology services, hardware and software resale to support project-based work and IT staffing services to Fortune 2000 clients. Ryan has worked for Fortune 100 oil field services/technology consulting providers, one of the top five publicly held information technology staffing firms, as well as numerous systems integrator start-ups driving new business in the local Houston area. Ryan’s main focus is to ensure his clients deliver on their core businesses through people, technology, and enabling services and products.
Key Management
Brandon Dunbar
Brandon Dunbar joined Treadstone Consulting in 2005. His primary role is planning, scheduling and oversight of all projects and contracts.
Brandon works closely with our customer partners to help resolve special issues and problems. Subscribing to the belief that an innovative company cannot rest on its past successes, he often serves as the leader or facilitator of our continuous improvement events.
Brandon Dunbar is a native Houstonian and a graduate of Texas Tech University with a BBA degree in Marketing. He has completed multiple certifications in Project Management and VSAT systems.
Michael Jenkins
Michael Jenkins is an alumnus of Oklahoma State University and a US Navy Desert Storm Veteran. He was awarded the following medals from the Persian Gulf War: Southwest Asia Service Medal with three bronze stars; National Defense Service Medal; Kuwait Liberation Medal; and the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal. Prior to joining Treadstone, Michael spent over 15 years specializing in the sales and sales management of enterprise technology services, global network solutions, hardware and software resale, IT staffing and management consulting services to both Fortune 100 and Fortune 2000 clients. Michael has worked for companies like AT&T, Perficient, McMann & Ransford, Robert Half Technology and others, both here in the Houston area and California. Michael’s main focus is to ensure his clients deliver on their core business through people, technology, and enabling services and products.
Michael Price
Michael Price has lived and worked for close to a decade in Houston where he has spent the last six years as a valued member of Treadstone’s management staff. Over the last ten years Michael has acquired in-depth knowledge and experience in information technology, business development, and staffing within the Houston Market. As the Resource Manager, Michael directs all of Treadstone’s consultants for services and project-based work and is responsible for managing all staffing operations.
Mark Semmler
Mark Semmler is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a BA in Marketing. Mark is an intrical part of Treadstone Consulting where he functions as both a Recruiter and Account Executive. He started his career with Treadstone in 2009 where he has gained experience in Information Technology as well as Account Management and Staffing.
Heidi Hill
Heidi Hill, although not a native Houstonian, has resided in the city for most of her life. She started with Treadstone at its inception in June, 2005. Heidi is the Controller and manages the payroll, accounts receivables and payables, as well as other various financial tasks. Heidi has 20 years of administrative and financial experience.
